BioWell Ive always been tempted by an online journal so thought as with most people the start of the new year will be a good start, I'm not very good at keeping a diary so this will probably fall by the wayside within a couple of weeks but atleast i gave it a go !
starting a new and extreme diet on the 9th so this is mainly going to be about that and will probably follow the process of me joining the army, if anyone reads this i will be amazed but apparently its theraputic to put it all down and get it off your chest so to speak !
